Payment Terms: COD
Payment in full is expected on completion of treatment. If any money remains unpaid we will charge administration fees, debt collection fees and legal fees on a solicitor client basis. We also reserve the right to charge daily interest at 5% above the Kiwibank floating 1st mortgage rate on any monies not paid.

Mobile Vet Nurse Services
We provide preventative pet care services (see our services list). Our services do not replace the diagnostic expertise of a qualified veterinarian. If we, or you have any concerns about your pet’s health, you will be referred to your vet clinic. We can assist with transport and palliative care if required.
Location and Safety
We carry out our services on your property. Therefore we request that you are present when we visit your home and your pet. If we have any concerns about our safety, or the safety of our employees, we shall be entitled to cease providing our services until such time as our safety concerns are resolved.
You authorise us to collect and hold personal information from you and other parties in order to provide our services. You further authorise us to disclose personal information held by us to our service providers and other persons working with us for in order for us to operate our business and provide services to you. We may use this information to market products and services to you, credit checks (if necessary) and research and development. We store any personal information you provide to us on our secure servers or the secure servers of our trusted providers, which may or may not be located outside of New Zealand. You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information. You can opt out of any email newsletter lists at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of each email.
New Zealand Laws
Our terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law, including the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and the New Zealand Animal Welfare Act 1999.
We shall not be liable for any sickness, harm, injury or loss of life caused to or suffered by your pet indirectly, or caused by any factors beyond our control.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against all and any liability, loss, damage, cost and other expenses of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by us as a result of a breach of these Terms by you, or any act or omission of you, your pet, or persons for whom you are responsible arising in relation to or in connection with these Terms.
Cancellation by You
You must give us 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of scheduled visits, otherwise payment for the services may be requested. We require full cancellation of this contract in writing, at least 48 hours before the next scheduled visit.
Cancellation by Us
We shall be entitled without liability to you to cancel this Agreement to provide services at any time.
No party will be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if that delay or failure is caused by any event beyond its reasonable control, such as a natural disaster, medical or family emergency.
These Terms and Conditions were last updated 21 June 2016. We may change them at any time. Updates will available on our website themobilevetnurse.co.nz. If substantial changes are made to our Terms and Conditions we will notify you of these changes 30 days in advance, in writing, or by email at the address we currently hold for you.
Our fees include GST.
